Starting in November, we will be making some improvements to our sponsorships.
Starting in November, we will be making some improvements to our sponsorships. Dark Roast Report Inc. is a nonprofit news publication that is focused on transparent, in-depth investigative journalism. Our model allows us the freedom to write what is necessary, free from political ties and financial strings.
However, the only way we can provide quality journalism to our community is dependent on the support we receive. Words cannot express how grateful we are to those who are either subscribers or sponsors, currently. So, in order to provide more incentive and build stronger relationships, we are making a few additions: (note: every tier also receives the benefits of the previous tiers)

Every month, we will be making a "Thank You" post on Dark Roast's Facebook page for all of our sponsors.
A Latte Support
We will be adding a sponsorship section to our weekly newsletters.
Bottomless Coffee
To show our highest-tiered sponsor what kind of impact the Dark Roast Report is creating, we will distribute a Quarterly Impact Report, which provides specifics on what your financial support is contributing to and the change this publication is making.

Additionally, we are aware that not every business or individual has the ability to commit to a monthly sponsorship. To address this, we are adding ways to provide single placements, mainly through our weekly newsletter.

These options will vary in cost, but provide that opportunity to still share your business.
For monthly, committed sponsors we are keeping the option to sign up on our website for simplicity. If you are curious to learn more about how to get a single-placement sponsorship, you can send an email to admin@darkroastreport.org.
Also coming in November, we will be looking for sponsors for our “Light Roast” story section, allowing your business to be the forefront of our good news.

In addition, we will be giving people the option to sponsor specific investigations. This gives donors more direct control over where there money is going and what changes it’s bringing about. But there will be more on this to come.
